PUBLIC COMMENT GUIDELINES

The Board will hear public comments where indicated on the agenda; 

• Section VIII-Public General Comments on Agenda Items
• The public may speak about any item on the agenda (3 minutes)
• Section XV -Public General Comments (3 minutes)

1. Raise your hand and state your full name.
2. You may comment for up to 3 minutes.
3. The Board will respectfully listen to your comment(s).  
4. The Board asks that public comment remain polite and respectful.
